Ivy Links Home Watch is led by its founder and operator, Joshua Roberts, an attorney, Realtor®, real estate investor, and certified privacy professional. His professional background includes experience in risk management and complex operational matters requiring attention to detail and accountability.  Josh is an Ivy League graduate of Dartmouth College, where he was a member of the varsity football team.

With Ivy Links Home Watch, client properties are not delegated to rotating personnel. Josh personally oversees each home, ensuring consistent, white-glove service tailored to the specific needs of each property throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties, including Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton.

Each home is approached not simply as a residence to photograph or a checklist to cross out, but as an asset requiring ongoing oversight.
