From property size and location to technology systems, access requirements, visit frequency, reporting preferences, and concierge requests, each home deserves a service plan tailored specifically to its needs.

 

Rather than offering rigid packages, Ivy Links Home Watch works closely with each client to define a customized scope of services at the beginning of the engagement. This personalized approach is especially valuable for luxury residences, waterfront estates, and seasonal homes where attentive oversight and discretion matter most.

Ivy Links Home Watch offers property monitoring and homeowner support services for seasonal residents, second-home owners, and investors throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties, including Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, and surrounding communities.

Services are not offered as one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, optional services are tailored to the specific needs of each property and may be incorporated into a personalized service plan or provided on an as-needed basis.

Pre-arrival and post-departure walkthroughs to help ensure the property is ready before the owner arrives and properly secured after departure.

Mail & Package Monitoring

Checking for mail, packages, notices, or deliveries and notifying the owner regarding important or time-sensitive items.

HVAC, Humidity & Interior Condition Observations

Visual observation of thermostat settings, indoor conditions, humidity-related concerns, visible leaks, mold indicators, or unusual interior conditions.

Exterior Property Observations

Observation of doors, windows, lanai areas, landscaping, pool areas, visible roofline conditions, drainage concerns, and signs of pest or animal activity.

Customized Reporting

Specific written updates tailored to the homeowner’s preferences, including concise summaries or more detailed observations depending on the agreed scope of services.
